At SocialSync, we prioritize the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document outlines how we collect, use, and process your information when you connect your social media accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) through our service.

1. Information We Collect

When you authorize SocialSync to access your social media accounts, we receive access tokens and basic user profile information (such as user handles and avatars). We use these details solely to identify your connected profiles and publish videos to your targeted accounts at your direction.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your connected account details to:

• Authenticate and secure your connection.
• Monitor specified Google Drive folders for new media uploads.
• Publish videos to your selected social media channels as requested.

3. Data Protection and Security

All authentication tokens are stored securely in our database and are never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties. We do not store your video content permanently; files are cached temporarily on the server during the upload pipeline and deleted immediately upon completion.

4. Revoking Access

You can disconnect your social media accounts from SocialSync at any time via the "Connections" tab in our dashboard. Alternatively, you can revoke access to SocialSync directly from your social media account security settings (e.g., via TikTok Settings > Security & Login > Manage App Permissions).
