By accessing or using the SocialSync dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

SocialSync provides automation services to cross-publish media from Google Drive folders to authorized social media platforms. You must own or have permission to distribute all content uploaded and published through our service.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SocialSync login details and all API tokens linked to your instance. Any activity originating from your instance is your sole responsibility.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to publish any content that:

• Violates the terms of service of connected platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
• Contains copyright-infringing materials without permission.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

4. Limitation of Liability

SocialSync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any account suspension, loss of access, or data loss resulting from the use of our publishing tool.
